	Well Manifold An arrangement of piping or valves designed to control, distribute and often monitor fluid flow. Manifolds are often configured for specific functions, such as a choke manifold used in well-control operations and a squeeze manifold used in squeeze-cementing work. In each case, the functional requirements of the operation have been addressed in the configuration of the manifold and the degree of control and instrumentation required.

	Heat Exchangers Heat exchangers are used to transfer heat from one substance to either its surroundings or another substance. Heat exchangers are important components for the operational reliability of most process plants. Bellelli Engineering provide many different types of heat exchangers, depending on the service and on the requirements of the clients. Thermal cycle design is made with the most advanced software and the technical solutions allow the supplied equipments to have the maximum efficiency and the latest fabrication technology. The exchangers can be supplied using standard materials or high technology alloy like Monel, Inconel, etc.
	Pig Launchers and Receivers Equipment used to launch or receive pipeline cleaner device from a pipeline. It consists of a launcher/receiver barrel, which is connected to the pipeline by a series of valves enabling the trap to be off- or on-line with pipeline flow. Bellelli Engineering provides traps stand alone or installed on skid together with other ancillaries like filters, by-pass actuated valves, pig handling devices, jib cranes, etc.
	Gas & Oil Heater Electrical gas heater with horizontal (picture above) and vertical lay-out. Gas Heaters can be Electric Type, with gas burners (indirect water gas heaters), vertical furnace type, etc.
	Three Phase Separators Horizontal and Vertical Separators configured to meet your production needs. The three phase horizontal separator is the most popular and versatile in the industry. Designed with a wide range of internals specific to each application, it is suitable for a full range of gas/oil ratios, pressures, and flow rates. The horizontal design offers the advantage of large gas/liquid and oil/water interface areas to speed the separation process. How It Works Normally, the inlet is on one head of the horizontal separator, and the gas and liquid outlets are on the opposite end of the shell. As fluid enters, bulk separation occurs at the inlet device. The phases separate within the liquid retention section and flow to their respective outlets. Demisting and coalescing devices assist in the phase separation, and vortex breakers prevent the re-entrainment of phases. Applications Thanks to their versatility, horizontal separators are used successfully as production separators, test separators, gas scrubbers, wellhead separators, slug catchers, free water knockouts, degassing drums, flare scrubbers, inlet separators and floating production separators. Bellelli Engineering can provide many different solutions for internals in order to maximize performance and minimize the cost of the equipments. 	Fuel Gas Production Packages The main function is to purify from dissolved water, dissolved hydrocarbon, to remove suspended particles and to obtain a clean gas for different use. Mainly, the cleaned gas is used in gas heaters or in other burners. The lay out of this type of systems can be different, specially considering redundancy requirements from users. Generally, the system consists of pressure regulators, gas scrubbers with vain, cartridges, demisters, ecc., some heaters and, if required, the metering part also. 	Valve Skid During construction of treatment stations, having the main valves on a dedicated base support and concentrated in the same area guarantees an easy control, access and operations. The general lay out is with longitudinal direction.
	Valve Skid L-Configuration The “L” configuration is recommended when the valves are “Gas-Over-Oil” type and when the dimensions are wide. In this situation, the ”L” configuration of the package allows easy access to all parts of the actuators and then easy maintenance. This type of package is recommended on the inlet and on the incoming and on the outgoing pipelines from gas stations. 	Metering Skid 6,10 m & 40’ Container Size Metering systems are used for monitoring and for measuring the flow rate of gas inside a pipeline. The measuring device can be Ultrasonic type or different. Sizes are from 2” to 40”, depending on client requirements. Our metering system can be installed in normal environment, desert environment or very cold environment and, in this case, they can be delivered inside standard container 20’ or 40’, depending on the size. They can be fiscal type also.
	Vertical Gas Scrubber Vertical Gas Scrubber are usually installed in order to remove water and sand from gas. The main goal reached with this type of element is the removal of fine particles, steam, dissolved oil, etc. The internals are designed together with Bellelli's partner, FIDAC. 	Utility Gas Skid On a Gas Compressor Station or on a Pumping Station, Utility Skids, are used in order to have all utilities services on the same package. In this case easy checks and maintenance are achieved. Concentrating many utilities, control valves, instruments, etc. on the same package makes the difference on the management of a normal gas or pumping station.
