The Recruitment Process
The Company’s aim is to recruit the right person for the right position at the right time. Our Human Resources and Administration Department where your application will be reviewed and distributed to the appropriate Department under the strictest confidence process all applications to Bellelli Engineering. Should your application meet the requested criteria for vacancies in our international operations you will be contacted by a recruiter for interview arrangements. Prospective candidates invited for an interview will be informed about Bellelli Engineering’s operations and will learn about the opportunities Bellelli Engineering can offer them. Successful candidates will join induction courses prior the start of their employment which will introduce them to Bellelli Engineering’s policies and procedures and the various project developments. Upon completion of the interview and recruitment process those not selected will be advised accordingly.
